Use this page to add a new physician. This step cannot be completed until after you have created the user in the User Manager.
Go to the Administration tab and select “Physician Manager.”
Select the “[+] Add New Record” button and a pop up window will appear. The following are required fields:
Add in the full name of the physician here. This does not have to be a clinician and can be a nurse, pharmacist, test center administrator, etc.
If you have already added this physician as a user, the username on this page MUST BE THE SAME as the username added in the User Manager.
Once you have filled in the required fields, click “Insert” to save all data and add the new physician to the database. You can add as much or as little additional data to the remaining fields as you choose.
